ACE has new advanced PUR damping materials for shock absorption and vibration damping which offer innovative solutions to a multitude of customer applications. ACE-SLAB offers the ideal solution for large surface area damping or vibration isolation requirements, in the form of sheets, or to customer specific molded shapes. You can simply mount the ACE-SLAB material sheet by bonding it to the individual parent surface.

Features:

  • PUR material made to a patented formula and which is especially designed to absorb shock loads.
  • Also, the resulting structure-borne noise is effectively reduced.
  • The standard densities of 450 kg/m³, 600 kg/m³ and 720 kg/m³ serve as vibration insulation in a wide variety of applications.
  • For specific applications, special designs with specific densities can be manufactured. The static and dynamic product characteristics are precisely defined.
  • Maximum ACE-SLAB sheet sizes of 1.5 m wide and 5 m long, and other geometric shapes can be manufactured with three-dimensional forms.
  • PUR damping ACE-SLAB sheet can easily be bonded to other materials, self-adhesive backing films or wearing surfaces.
  • Mounting in even the most difficult of applications as well as using it in the food industry or for noise reduction.
  • Resistant against ozone and UV radiation; food-graded according to ENV 1186-3
  • Fire rating: B2, normally flammable according to DIN 4102
