HB-12-80

- Constant speed rates
- Standard version, ex stock
- Bi-directional damping
- Easy to mount
- Ex stock delivery with valve
- Individual filling by valve technology
- Calculation program for individual design
- Maintenance-free

Design

- Different stroke speeds in each direction
- Easy to use
- Easy to mount
- Long service life
- High quality
These products allow you a precise control of speed in both directions of travel.
As a safety device they prevent sudden movement.
When used as a compensating feature on an application they smoothly dampen swinging loads.
And when used with a "drive actuator" they always ensure a uniform traverse speed.
Hydraulic dampers are a maintenance free, self-contained, closed system unit.
The HB-products are adjusted at the end of stroke.
These models provide damping effects either in one direction, with free return, or both directions.
They are available in different body diameters and with stroke lengths of up to 800 mm.
Function

- Piston Rod with Hard chrome plated steel
- The piston has an adjustable metering orifice for a sensitive adjustment of the stroke speed
- With threaded connections at both ends the Gas Spring range is ideally suited to the large range of mounting accessories available, making installation particularly easy.
The hydraulic damping cylinders of the HB series are adjusted prior to assembly by turning the piston rod in its end position. The adjustment setting and the corresponding speed remain constant throughout the operation.
These damping cylinders are available in four styles: damping, in both directions, in tension, in compression or damping through a fixed non adjustable orifice.
